Delivery/Shipping policy

By processing your order payment and completing an order with us,  you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

WE SHIP TO 

UAE (through FedEx) :

Delivery within the UAE will be AED25 for shipping/free over $200

  • After you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order.
  • Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number/the address/email to avoid any delays.
  • Same-day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in Dubai before 12 pm. All other orders will be delivered next day.
  • Rest of UAE – items will be delivered within 1-2 days .

REST OF THE WORLD:

International orders – (Shipped through FedEx)

  • The cost will be calculated in accordance with the tariffs of the transport company and will be mentioned at the checkout page.

The estimated time for the shipment to reach customer :

International and GCC countries 3 – 10 days.

Additional Information

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers has provided the wrong address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Sheda cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy applied only for the below

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

For No Refund Policy – 
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: underwear, bikini bottoms & one piece swimsuits.

You can return clothes (cover – up, dresses, shorts, trousers, skirts) for an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

  1. In order to be accepted returns must be shipped within the 14 days that follow the date the order was dispatched.
  2. Return and exchange shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. In case of return of an order shipped with a free shipping code, the cost of the shipment of the order will be deducted from the refund/credit.
  4. Exchanged items can no longer be returned for a refund or for another exchange.
  5. Items discounted from their original price are final sale and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 1 hour; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
