Bespoke Return Service

At SHEDA, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If you find that your item is not a perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

Return Criteria

To ensure a successful return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
